Hello friends, My name is Auston I'm 30 years old and honestly very green to RE investing outside of purchasing my 2 of my personal home. I'm just your average blue collar worker, I've spent the last 12 years being a heavy duty diesel mechanic. I'm interested in purchasing and owning multifamily/apartments. I've been to a few seminars for RE investing but always walked out feeling like they were trying to sell me a get rich quick scheme or sign me up for 20K dollar classes. I found BP actually through google searches on RE investing and spent a few days going through forums and reading topics. I enjoyed seeing all the support the BP group gives.
