Sufficient positive reviews will show people that your unit is good. There is always one rotten egg in every chest.

Jonathan Twombly said it well. Mezzanine funding isn't for the faint of heart. It's a more advanced concept, so stay away unless you understand the ins and outs. 

You never know how deep or how far the damage goes. I stay away from burn units. 

My spouse and I have always worked together on our builds. I do the finance, she directs the workers. 

Get your degree, you'll thank yourself later on for the long term payoff!

I improve my rentals significantly. Happy tenants are longer term tenants that pay better.
