Sufficient positive reviews will show people that your unit is good. There is always one rotten egg in every chest.

Jonathan Twombly said it well. Mezzanine funding isn't for the faint of heart. It's a more advanced concept, so stay away unless you understand the ins and outs.

You never know how deep or how far the damage goes. I stay away from burn units.

Turn your phone off before bed, turn it on in the morning? Unless of course this is regarding an issue that is damaging to your rental unit?

I improve my rentals significantly. Happy tenants are longer term tenants that pay better.
