Hi Everyone!

As I struggle to find my first duplex to house hack, I recently sent out 50 hand-written direct mail letters to MFP owners in town. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from any. I know the strategy yields a small percentage of answers, but I'm wondering if I missed some crucial details in my letters. 

I would love to hear any advice or even successful examples from the BP community to improve my direct mail skills. Thanks!

Hi BP community! I'm excited to be a new member! I'm currently deployed overseas with the Army, but when home I live in the south-central Pennsylvania area. In addition to learning from BP, I'm also an Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) member. My goal is to use multifamily house-hacking strategies enough to gain financial freedom. Since I'm currently overseas I'm using my time now to learn as much as I possibly can.

I'm looking forward to learning from these massive forums and will be looking to learn specifically about multifamily home house hacking. Cheers!
