Hello Charles,

Thanks for taking the time to write up a well formated blog post! I loved reading through it and I'm sure other investors (especially new ones) will find some value in it. Are you refinancing all of your deals immediately, if so, with the same lender?

Hi Trina, I may have interest in making your acquaintance. My name is Austin Peck & I currently live in South Florida but have a family member in ABQ, NM who may appreciate the leveraging opportunity. I also plan to move to ABQ at the start of 2018.

Alternatively I may have a smaller loan opportunity in the working.

Wish you the best in your investment journey!

Hi Luke, how can I learn to strategically offer multiple seller financing deals? This is something that definitely interests me, but I have zero experience doing so and wouldn't know where to begin on initial numbers and also the differences between the two. Example:

$120k list price = conventional financing option

(Don't know?) $125k = seller financing option 1 (down payment? terms?)

(Don't know?) $130k = seller financing option 2 (different terms from 1? How big of a difference?)

Maybe an example of an offer you've submitted in the past would be the most helpful :)

Thanks in advance.

I would normally like to attend the event, but I am flying out of state on Tuesday.

I noticed you mention you are trying to get a regular meeting going -- I am interested in attending future ones.
