Hello All,

I am looking for ideas on how to fund my 1st deal using other peoples money. I have a couple of thousands of dollars saved but I can't afford to use much more than that of my own money. How are ways that you guys have used other peoples money for your deals? Any links to articles/videos would be appreciated.

Hello All

I am just starting out in real estate. What are your thoughts on long distance REI? Would it be better to get a few deals under my belt locally first and then explore long distance?

What did you guys do for your first real estate properties? Did you create a business or did you wait?

Did you guys use a LLC? Is that something I should consider?

Hello All I am just starting out in Lancaster County PA. Since I am pretty new at this, I am still in the learning/gathering information step. At this point, I am interested in starting out in multi-family. I just wanted to introduce myself. Does anyone know of some good investors/lenders in the area or that deal with the area?
