Post: Asking for professional opinion about Facebook advertising

Thanks yall, yeah I have taken some courses on running REI investing ads. I do have a business page and I do post content on it from my website. I'm targeting motivated sellers and I do wholeselling. Reason I am asking is there is a lot of changes being made to Facebook and I just simply do not have the time to put into learning it all the time. I work full time and trying to save money for a wedding. So I would really need to outsource the ads to somebody that keeps up on the changes Facebook makes and can get some solid ads out there for me.

I have considered doing google adwords instead but I wanted to get some insight from you guys on Facebook ads and maybe get in touch with somebody that is proficient at running REI ads.

I am thinking about running Facebook ads for my investing business. My question is does anybody know of a reliable company that specializes in Facebook advertising for investors that I can contact?

Thanks in advance everybody!

Thank you everyone. I decided not to get the CRM and just do it myself starting out. Once I feel the need to get more tools I will. I want to do wholesaling, being that my area has A LOT of flip investors and even a good amount of buy and holds. I think I could be a great asset to them. I have also decided to focus on probate leads and master that area. Does anybody have any advice on probates?

There is so many software's and "must haves" in the real estate investing world that i do not know where to go to what to do. I need to know if having a CRM software and/or VA/VA's really helps that much. I currently have myself and one other guy that does most of the marketing for me. What else do i need to get the ball rolling. I know this is a pretty broad question but like i said i am overwhelmed with all the things people say i "NEED" to have an edge in the industry.

Hey BP family,

My name is Austin Rankin, I am just getting started in real estate investing. I live in the cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area and I plan on doing my business within this same area.

I love the bigger pockets website. It has helped me so much with getting started in my journey. There has been a lot of you guys that without knowing has helped me with some questions by your blogs and posts on the forums.

I work a full time job currently, so I was really looking into wholesaling and a few flips once I get some experience under my belt.

If ANYBODY has any guidance or tips to help me get started, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you so much!
