The property is still vacant, but at this point I’m going to do a small luxury mobile home park. However, I did learn a lot, and may do it in the future. Let me know if you want to talk.

Does someone have a checklist for starting or developing an RV park?

The property is owned free and clear and in a prime location. So don't have to worry about land. It would be nice to have a blueprint to follow.
