I am also a junior accounting major at Ohio State; I'm sure you know who Marc Smith is then.. 

I am very interested in buy and hold for renting to increase my equity. It's funny you say so, because my dream is also to retire shortly after my degree. I am actually from the Cleveland area, where my internship is, but am currently renting a house off campus. 

I just had to respond to this post as it almost felt like I was the one writing it. I would love to meet up sometime and network with others as well in the Columbus area.

I checked today for the specific time as I thought I read the 29th before. I will keep checking periodically for next month, I really would love to meet you all!

I would absolutely love to attend, however I have prior family engagements tonight. I am looking forward to next months meetup!
