So hypothetically if someone bought a house in 2023 below market value for $500k with $550k ARV comps in the area and locked in 7.15% APR as a primary residence -- would you hold or sell to capture the upside in the home?

My buddy just launched a tool to solve this exact problem! He finds the attorneys or appointed agent of record as well as their contact information the moment the information gets published from the municipalities so you're the first call/email the agent receives. Happy to connect you to him if interesting!

As for dealing with trusts that's a bit more complicated, as there are typically more people involved and that information is not as accessible.
