Hey everyone! I have a house available for rent in Nashville (37207) 10 min from downtown. House sits on 1 acre and is a 4 bed 2 bath, one of the bedrooms/bathroom is in the basement (only accessible from outside). I am looking to rent for 3500/mo including all utilities, lawn care and trash+internet. Will allow tenant to sub lease however they want. Let me know if you have any questions!

I have a house Move in ready by the 1st of August that would be perfect for someone looking to house hack. House is a 3 bed 1 bath 2200 sq/ft with a separate mother in law quarters w/ it’s on bathroom and kitchen. Home is located on Dickerson pike approximately 10-15 to downtown. Looking to get a 3000 a month, tenant will pay utilities and landlord will take care of lawn.
