@Joshua D. hey ! Well the market has been very slow here lately . The one deal that I had did not fall through (owner backed out for "personal reasons"). I've been putting up a lot of bandit signs & cold calling more recently , but still nothing to work with. I just started to try and partner up with this great realtor , so I guess I'll see how his goes . Honestly , it seems as if home owners are kinda stuck in their ways/prices for their homes..no matter how long it's been on the market !

The Real Estate Market seems pretty slow for Montana right now..I mean I've had SOME luck here & there but not as much as i would like yet.Any ideas investors/wholesalers ?! :)

oh nice ! But a really good friend of mine back home started doing this business & recently introduced the concept to me. He & i both enjoy networking & marketing , so he knew that this would be a great opportunity for me! @Glenn Traylor . Right now i am doing residential properties . However , I'm also gravitating towards commercial properties.

I actaully JUST got off of the phone with him honestly . He is really down to earth & true to his word.  I WILL. Be taking his course actually . And like it was stated before he gives out very needed & useful information & doesn't try n jip you out of your money like the big time guys.  Hope this helps!
