Edith Alvarado de Cortez you can access the money without cash advance fees. You never want to use the cash advance fee. You can make the money liquid using plastiq.com

@Edith Alvarado de Cortez i currently use fund and grow for flipping. I was able to use fund and grow to put the down payment and for construction funds. I flip homes on florida. The only tricky part is to learn how to take out the money from the cards and make it into cash. You could venmo or square and etc. You could pay construction materials with the cards. But if you decide to hire people to help you rehab the property most people will want cash. You can either hire people who accept credit cards or just use the cards and pay them via venmo or square. Hope this helps.

@Johnny L.

If I were you I would you use the cards. 15 months is enough time to pay the car back and do another flip. I’m currently doing that now with a program called fund and grow.

It’s a service that helps you negotiate get the most out of buisness cards and you get more money every quarter on those cards. And every month you just pay the minimum but it’s only for 12 months instead of 15 months.

I hope this helped

@Caleb Heimsoth

Thank you so much for the answer. I’m reading all the books from BP and listening to their podcasts. But my question to you is how did you get good at analyzing properties other than watching their free videos on YouTube?

@Shawn M.

Thanks for your answer. To be honest I really do not want to do hands on. I wanted to hire a property manager. So I guess I will have to invest in a different state like Idaho or another state in the Midwest. Reading all the books about it. What is it that you did to start?

@Tim Wieneke

Well I was just planning to have a property manager do the work and I will pay anything from 8-10 percent.

@Nick Schumacher

Thanks for a great answer. I am NOT planning on house hacking. So what’s another suggestion you have. If you were in my shoes and you could not house hack, what would you do?

@Dennis M.

Wow!! Thanks so much for your honesty and for being real! So if you were in my shoes what would you do to start with multi families?

My future goal is to make 3,000 a month in income and i have been listening to BP podcasts and articles.

What is it that you did?

@Eric van Dalen

So instead of a FHA, what can I do instead to start with tri or Four plexus?

Because I don’t plan on living in New Jersey. Where do you live and how is your territory when it comes to investing.
