Thanks for the motivation!! I've heard great things about propstream. I think that would be a great idea. Would definitely save you a lot of time. I plan on using the website as well. Congrats on getting your LLC and I wish you big success in your journey with real estate. What city did you get your license and do you personally think a REI should get a license? I've been thinking about it. I know there are a lot of benefits, but I'm curious to hear your opinion (if you don't mind me asking :)..

Hello Everyone!

I'm super excited to start my journey in the real estate industry. I recently obtained a LLC. I don't have access to a lot of cash on hand, but my credit is good for the most part. Im looking for any advice that would help a newbie like myself. Particularly with OPM, building business credit, Mentors, etc.. Thanks in advance! PLEASE HELP :)
