I'm new to the area but looking to focus my new purchases in Bridgeport, Hartford, and surrounding areas. Please PM me if you have any interested deals (REOs, foreclosures, FSBO). Looking to close on a few within the next month all cash. Looking for multifamilies above 4 units and commercial properties.

Thanks in advance.

I'm shopping around for a HELOC/Loan for my primary 3 family home in Brooklyn, NY. Does anyone have any recommendations for banks or credit unions that will lend at least 500K with no closing cost, and the best rates? I have a credit union approval at prime but they want me to pay an appraisal. I've talked to Santander and they lend up to 750K but their rate is prime +.5% with no closing costs. PNCBanks has great rates at prime -.5% but only do up to 2 families. I'm wondering if there's a better option. I'm also self employed with a lot of write offs so it becomes a little tricky to get qualified but I have a cosigner if needed.

Thanks,

Aundre

I'm hearing piggyback loans (80/20 and 80/10/10) have come back from some lenders.  Does this apply to commercial as well?  Also does anyone know of lenders willing to do either for residential properties?

Thanks guys. I'm in Crown Heights in Brooklyn by Franklin Ave. and this area is on fire right with development. I'm definitely working on getting something else whether it be mixed use or residential around here.

Hi all-

I'm a newbie in Crown Heights with a 3 family and looking to invest in more properties in Brooklyn or good deals within a 2 hr radius.  Let's talk.

Thanks,

Aundre
