@Ben McMahon Hey Ben, thanks for taking the time out of your schedule to do this. I may be a bit too late for the post, however I’d be very interested in reaching out to you to chat!

@Hector Perez Would you happen to have an example of a filled out 1-4 Single Family agreement TREC contract that you would be willing to share? I've been trying to understand how to fill it out with that intent, but may be overthinking some of the sections.

@Brit FosheeAh. I see what you're saying. I guess they were referring to the Zestimate, which makes more sense. Thanks!

Hey, I've been doing tons of research over the past few weeks and would really like to get started in Real Estate Investing with my entry point being wholesaling, however, I wanted to know where is the best place for me to be able to get comps for a property. The reason I ask is not only for my sake, but for the sakes of potential buyers out there that may not be highly experienced. I don't want to end up unknowingly screw somebody over due to simple mistakes.

I know Zillow and Trulia are big no nos, and have heard that getting CMAs? from a realtor is the best way to go, however I'm unsure about any possible associated costs with that. Any help or further clarity would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

My name is Augustin Tommy Jr., located in Austin, Texas and I'm new to this site. Coming up on my 23rd birthday I'm realizing that working my job as a computer engineer won't be enough to survive comfortably while creating generational wealth for my family that I have now and my family that's yet to come. I've come to the realization that real estate investing is the surest way to get there and I'm just fascinated on the many options and things you can do in this market. However, I have no real estate experience but willing to learn from you guys and I hope to grow into this community.
