My name is August. I'm 32 years old and live in Tallahassee FL. Fairly new to real estate and have done much research on this site, enjoyed it so much, I became a member! And i NEVER sign up for forum sites.

As for me, I'm newly engaged, just purchased 28.5 acres by the st marks river for 55K, and eventually going to build a home. But for the time being, our goal is to find a nice investment property in the Tallahassee area while we are working out details of building. Once the home is build, exercise the full potential of the owned income property and apply that to our mortgage.

I'll keep this short, just wanted to introduce myself to this seemingly great community! Glad to be here!
