I am hoping to get connected with a commercial, multifamily buyer's agent in the Baltimore, MD Metro area to help with making a bid on a property and help to navigate the sales process. This is for a class C property, 7 units.

Thanks all for the quick replies. I am located in Baltimore, MD and do plan on reaching out to my bank. We haven't yet done anything over 5 units, so not too familiar with the good commercial lenders yet in my area.

Would like to know the quickest way possible to obtain a pre-qualification letter to view a property, which is 6 units. Is there a good place online I can go to get to this done that others have had success with?
