Does anyone ever use deal Automate from Clever Investor ?

What is your insight on wholesaling ?

Hey BP family ,we are newbie in the real estate investing business from the Poconos area in PA ,we looking  connect with other investors in this area ,any connection in this field will surely be appreciated, we now run a restaurant of our own and we are closing our doors in February , any suggestion from BP family moving forward .

Anthony thank you,do we have to have a investor license,we are very new to real estate we went to a seminar for 2 hour an decided that we could do this ,we have a three day workshop coming up in April but in the mean while we are doing a lot of reading an watch video to get educated,we have goals that we want to reach an I think real estate is a good business to reach these goals so every knowledge to get started in this business is kindly appreciated ,thank God bless you.

My wife an I close our restaurant business an move to a different state ,we are now looking into getting in  real estate .what is the first step to become a real estate investor as in flipping homes an own rental properties ??, thank in advance.
