I'm surprised to see that not many members replied to a post like this. Is the market down in Florida, like in Tampa, St Petersburg, the suburb of Orlando?

It seems I have to look at other areas like Kansas city, Indianapolis, or Saint Louis to find good rental properties. Rental properties that generate a decent return for the investor.  What do you guys think?

I would like to know which area in Florida is good target for finding turnkey properties below $100K with at least 12% return. Maybe Jacksonville, Orlando, Davenport? Could you also recommend me not big turn-key property providers in those areas.
