I have a client who just purchased a brand new home in Brentwood/crestview area. We are looking for a management company or individual to host it on Airbnb.

Hello Bigger Pockets Gang, 

I’m new to real estate but got thrown in relatively quickly. I started a company with my partner and build NSFC in austin Texas. 

My partner builds the homes and I raise the capital. 

I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions on how myself, my partner, and the investors should be compensated. I’ve been raising money from F&F so it’s important to me that they’re very happy with the deal. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
