I was wondering if everyone renews there termite contracts each year ? I have five properties and do like the protection of the contract, but I could do the inspection myself. It currently is about $600 a year for the renewals.Thanks

Should I install vinyl flooring in a SFH kitchen or laminate flooring. The vinyl is .69 cents a sqft. with a three year warranty. The laminate is 1.20 sq ft with a 10 year warranty. Thanks for your comments.
