Post: Finding Connections in ND/MN

Hey BP! As a new hungry real estate investor, I'm currently looking for potential partnerships in the MN/ ND. I feel as though I can find deals popping up, however the capital is where I lack. I am hawking the MLS daily (not that this always matters) If anyone may want to reach out, I'm happy to connect! Targeting cash flowing MFH or SFH (college student targeted)

Yea I forgot to go more in depth with I meant entirely... So like for example closing and title transfers from if i were to just go ahead and purchase the property as the legal entity instead of an LLC, after title transfers would be expensive to my understanding and not needed with proper preparation.

Afternoon BiggerPockets! This is my first post, as a young and new REI I am currently looking for some proper guidance into finding a CPA that has REI experience and can help make sure my LLC is as bulletproof as possible in creation. I have a couple of duplexes that I am in the works of perusing, but i want to establish my LLC here in ND/MN first. Thanks, like I said I am young and inexperienced in the taxation advantages and looking for some great insight! :)

PS: I am still in the works of building capital so I do have some time, however I would really like to get the LLC constructed to start that credit build, as I am going to be closing on a multifamily with my VA loan and am trying to avoid freezing all my possible credit.
