When planning a mixed use development what are experienced investor's strategy when seeking capital for the development? What is the best approach to starting a fund or LLC that develops the project? What details should be added for the person doing the leg work to get the deal together and then planning for development?

There are a few REI groups in Atlanta.

The best way to get into it is by “jumping into it!” Find your first deal and see how it goes! Good luck!
