Seeking start-up captial for real estate investments. Registered and established company seeks capital for pre-construction and conversion
investments. Excellent returns.

Loan: min $250,000-up to $1 mil USD
Interest: 5%-8% annually
Loan term: 5-20 years
Equity stake: 25%
Equity stake remains for the term of the loan.

I have investments in place, am just seeking start up capital.
