A company is selling 89 properties (sfh & multi) as a bulk . If I as a noob is interested how would I go about this?

How would you go about fixing laminate flooring that was cut unevenly by corners and cut short by the drywall (some are short about a few cm to 2 inches)

I would like to know from a property management side about the pros n cons when they manage sfh compared to multi family .
