Thank you guys but I way ahead of you of those topics. Lol

I established my alerts, connected with a few members members and even replied to a few new Introduction post myself.

Again, thank you for the warm welcome and support and helping me go get my own Big Pockets 👍

Great jobs everyone!  I look forward to meeting and networking with my fellow members and spreading the word about your web presence.

Hell Everyone, I am a new member to Bigger Pocket member, however I have been poking around for a few days prior to this post. :)

I am a novice investor currently investing in local Tax Lien Certificates in my area.

I am seeking to revitalized this discussion because the most recent post prior to my general inquires are between 2-7 months old.

Please feel free to reach and network with me my professional background is taxation coupled with QuickBooks.

Anyone interested in jump starting the Tax Lien Certificate forum with new introductions, and information??

Perhaps, I have bitten off more than I can chew; however I have jumped into the Tax Lien Certificates investing arena.

I have notice that most of the post in this area ranges from 1-7 months old!  I will not include the most recent post within the last day or two because more than likely, they are my post.

Therefore, question?? Are any of the original investors of Tax Lien Certificates on this website still active and seek a networking experience?  If so, I am a willing and able participate and feel that more information and networking should be offered.  Is anyone, up to the challenge of networking on this subject?

Hello Jayson and welcome!

For additional information on networking within your area, visit the Resource tab on this site and select REI Resources and you will see available next working groups within your area.

Also, available on the website under the Network tab, is the option to locate under members within your area.

Lastly, quite a few individuals post properties available for sale and perhaps you may find something within your area.  Before finalizing, visit the and try the investment calculations and deal analysis forums locate under the Analyze tab.

Hello Whitney and welcome.

I recently became involved in purchasing tax certificates in the State of Alabama.

First suggestion visited your state department of revenue website were you will be provide with a wealth of information. Firstly, properties available for sell, auction dates, and links to your local state laws.

This will then provide you with your states redemption periods and return on invest terms (aka annual percentage rate) for your state.

Lastly, research your perspective properties and formula a game plan prior to your actual purchase.

Good Luck!
