Hi Duane,

Ask a Lender can help you find a lender to finance this loan scenario. Using our commercial real estate lender search, select "Refinance Cash-Out" under Loan Purpose and "Mobile/Manufactured Home Park" under Property Type:

www.askalender.com/find/commercial-refinance-mortgage-lenders

From there you can enter as many loan details as you'd like, such as your preferred financing terms in the advanced search menu.

I hope this is helpful - please let me know if you have any questions regarding the lender searches.

Hi Daniel,

Ask a Lender can help you find a loan for properties in Georgia or Illinois. Using our home mortgage lender search, select "Rental/Investment Property" under Property Use, and be sure to check the box for "Self-Employed" under Borrower Type in the advanced search menu:

www.askalender.com/find/home-purchase-lenders

With a 25% down payment and your 700 credit score, you will have many lenders to choose from.

Hope this helps!
