I feel that if you are going to create a website for wholesaling, make sure that you make it professional and easy to use. I was actually looking at wholesalers websites yesterday and was very disappointed. What I found was websites that were set up more like "get rich quick" scams. Many included wild claims of getting incredible deals and making tons of money. I am always weary of a company when I see things like this. Also, many of the features did not work. Thank you for the information. Here is some more information. I owe $175,000. The lot is worth approximately $200,000. The finished value of the construction will be approximately $650,000. I will need to borrow about $170,000 more to complete this construction.

Hi All:

I own a property that is currently a rental. I am interested in tearing it down to build and sell. Currently, I owe approximately $170,000 on the loan. I estimate construction costs to be around $250,000. I was curious what insight you might have on the best way to finance the construction. I can use cash to pay off the loan, and will have access to about $80,000 extra. Therefore, I will need approximately $170,000 more. Thanks in advance.

Are there areas of Warren that are more desirable? Areas to stay away from?
