I am researching Ocala, FL.

Are new businesses still moving there?

Whats the rent like?

What the tenants like? High turn over?

Any information will be appreciated.

While I am still considering which city to invest in, I will like to get your opinion about Jacksonville, FL vs Atlanta, GA. If I am going to invest in the South East, those are the two cities I am considering.

@Alyssa Dyer

Thank you, I will difinately add OKC on my list.

I am planning on doing this after I build up my savings. In the mean time, I am "getting my act together"

The first few will be difficult but I don't want to do this with debt.

I live in the New York City area and am looking to invest outside of NYC due to the high cost of properties here. Planning on starting in 2020 or 2021 with single-family homes for under 100K. I haven't decided where I will be investing yet; I am hoping my subsequent posts will assist with a direction. I am using the time to educate myself, determine a location, research and visit the area, build a team in that area, and of course, building capital. I am also planning on taking a no-financing financing option, which I know will make it more difficult, but I am optimistic.

I am an IT manager for a manufacturing company for the past nine years; I have been in IT for the past 2x years.

After letting go of a few valued employees as a result of no fault of theirs, my switch flipped.

I plan on creating enough income and to be less dependent on my ability to "punch-in."

I am excited to join this group and looking forward to both gain and share from each other experiences.

Great meeting you all virtually!
