Hello BP team,

I am new to Calgary, and previously invested in Ontario and QC.

ON and QC are obviously no-brainer markets - high appreciation and great cashflows.

I am a little on the fence about Calgary, not sure what model I would employ here - BRRRR? Simply buy and hold? Flip? Airbnb?

My main concern is that the market in Calgary hasn't been very stable, and appreciation is not quite linear and I would hate to find myself in a situation where I end up with a negative cash flow on a property. Am I not seeing the whole picture? I feel like Calgary MUST be a good market, and it is one of the last markets in Canada where you have a big city plus touristy areas and still affordable prices. But I just cant find numbers to justify a decision to invest in it.

Please send help =D
