I am looking for an advice on the best way to form an LLC in WA state. Along with my partner, I will be starting LLC for the first time in WA state. What's the best way to do this? I looked at a few online websites, which allow to do it in a self service way. Is it the best way or hiring attorney is the right way for the first timers? How much do they charge?
