How do I know if I qualify for an FHA loan? Here is the story. We bought a house in 2005 and I was the co-borrower with my spouse. We again bought another house in 2017 as a co-borrower. I never was the primary loan holder. Do I still qualify as a first time homeowner or on FHA loan? What are other ways I can buy a home only on my name? I'm confused. Please advise.

We have a home in Orange County CA. Looking for a contractor to give us a quote to convert our garage into a living space to rent it out. The city of Anaheim has approved some kind of a law that allows for conversion. At least this is what I heard. Like Brian mentions that you should always get three quotes before making your decision who to hire. If any contractor that is interested please contact me. Thank you.

Would you purchase a triplex home without first seeing the property? This is an out of state investment. I don't know what to do. Please let me know your thoughts.

Hello, I'm a newbie to this REI. I found an apartments for sale for $285k for 32 units. It's very cheap, but the rent is not much. Expecting 12k per month according to the agent.
