Hi,

My wife and I are looking to purchase an investment property in the Smokey Mountains. Most financing options for investment properties require a 20% down payment, however, I have seen people purchase investment properties for as low as 15% down. What type of loans require 15%? I'm trying to determine what my price range is. I have about 70k to use as a down payment.

Hello BP Family! Over the past two months I have been doing nothing but researching different real estate avenues and reading multiple books. I am currently refinancing my primary residence and beginning to rent out the rooms to start with a house hacking. I am going to have some start up cash in the fall this year and I'm very interested in BRRRR. I mainly, above all else, want to start meeting other investors in the area and begin to establish relationships. All my friends and family are sick of hearing me talk about real estate, therefore, I decided to talk real estate with other people who like talking about real estate!
