@John Humphries Right now my husband and I live with his parents so that we could save up! We are currently looking to buy a house with a basement suite to help out with the mortgage. We were both born and raised in Vancouver buuuuuut we are leaning towards Richmond - just because money is going a bit further out there! So, currently house hunting. Hoping to buy something this year. What about you? Do you invest mostly in Courtenay?

@Account Closed I love how much you know about Vancouver! That is a great comparison. I think in the shorter term our goal is to get a place that also allows us to move out, but once we start looking for solely investment properties, I will definitely look into both of those areas!
