Hello,

I'm looking for a savvy real estate investment accountant in Florida, mainly the Miami Dade/Broward area. I have a few questions about setting up an LLC or S-Corp for my business and would like advice on how to structure it properly.

Dominic is a good resource and I'd recommend talking to an eviction attorney. These things can get nasty quick.  Also talk to Marty, he probably has the most experience.

 Thanks Nick!

I'm mainly looking for SFRs outside of Santa Monica. I'll reach out to Dominic and Marty for their advice

Hello,

Does anyone have first-hand experience with evicting previous owners or tenants from homes purchased through auctions?

I've heard different stories of people paying different amounts to families or tenants to get them out. Others waited and went through the typical eviction process.

What's your experience been like?
