@Ali Boone, you are correct in fact I had posted looking for a Tax Accountant / Tax Attorney who specializes in helping International Investor's set up an Entity.

@Lance Lvovsky I will most likely be going in with my colleague however he is American so I imagine it will be a partnership between him and my LLC?

You mentioned Single Member LLC is that a better option or should I create it with my wife.

Both my wife and I live and work in Kuwait and are Non-US citizens.

@James Wise Thanks those are some really good takeaways, I have looked at inventory of a few Turnkey providers and prices seem affordable but when I looked at the stats of the zipcodes they're listed in the average income is nothing over $45k which is well below the national average. Understand that I've only been to the US twice on vacation so the numbers are my starting point.

I am trying to hone in on areas where the average income is equal to or greater than the national average but I'm told that the Zipcode might be too broad and you need to zoom in closer but not sure how to do that from over here

Hi, I recall listening to a Podcast recently where Brandon and David interviewed a Turnkey provider who offered the complete package of passive investing.

I think there was also something where he would allow you to back out and refund you $1000 if you were not entirely happy or something like that.

I’m a non-US citizen looking to invest and Turnkey seems to be the safest most logical option and I’m trying to find the safest company to go with.

Would appreciate it if someone could please direct me to either that podcast or a list of the best Turnkey companies.

I contacted Corporate Direct and they are rather costly which I can understand being one of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Advisors, so I’m hoping to find someone who can offer the same at a more affordable rate considering I’ll be starting our with 1 property a year and that would preferably be a Turnkey option.
