@Shiloh Lundahl  - Do you mind sharing the spreadsheet you use to track your properties. Would love to see the framework of this spreadsheet. I'm in a similar boat as @Steven Thoma (Thanks for posting that question Steven). I tried looking at several software tools, but most of them include features that are not relevant to my use case and are expensive as well. I do have a PM company that takes care of the rest, I just need to track a couple of properties on rent details, cash flow, roi, expenses etc. Thanks in advance.

Hello there,

Does anyone know of any good mobile apps for an HOA. This app could be used by both the board members as well as owners/tenants of the association. I looked around but couldn't find much info other than a handful of apps like evercondo by fulcrum, nextdoor neighbor etc.

Any insight here would be greatly helpful and is appreciated.

Best Regards

Ashok

They know their markets and can help you find your investment property. PM me if you need her details. Thanks

Thanks for sharing Joseph. I'm seeing more folks using dotloop lately as well. Challenge however is the bad guys will try to target anything that is popular regardless of DocuSign or Dotloop or whatever comes out next. These companies take several measures to secure everything, yet the slip-in happens somewhere, somehow. We just need to be more aware and cautious as we deal with newer technologies or tech tools to help run the Business.

Thanks Ken. We all just need to be more careful as we leverage technology. Hope more folks become aware of this and take caution.

Using Technology in RE has significantly helped everyone in the RE Business - No Doubt. One of the popular tools out there has been DocuSign. DocuSign has helped change how business gets done by empowering 1000's of companies & individuals to sign, send and manage documents anytime, anywhere, on any device.

DocuSign as most of us know replaces printing, faxing, scanning and overnighting documents with the easiest, fastest, most trusted way to make every approval and decision digital.

I’m sure most of you have been using or are planning to use DocuSign for your RE Business. In case you were not aware and didn’t see this, just wanted to give everyone a heads up and a word of caution while using DocuSign. Please check out the news article below which describes how some of the bad guys out there could disrupt your Business.
