Post: Owner Tracking Software To Fetch Info From Prop Mgmt Systems

I have 9 rentals and they are with different property Mgmt companies. I have 4 different Mgmt companies I deal with along with the different software they work with (buildium, appfolio, propertyware)

I’m hoping to find a software that can pull information from the various property Mgmt software these companies are using so I don’t have to login to different systems to gather information.

As I try to scale I realized this will become very important and I don’t want to do manual work.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I am in a situation where I am unable to claim losses from real estate due to active income being over the limit. If my wife gets her real estate license does that automatically give us the real estate professional designation for tax purposes?
