Thanks @Dan Mumm, that’s really helpful. I’m currently working with an agent. I think this option is being recommended as it meets our budget and our criteria of a newer build home. Everything in Summerlin and Spring Valley etc. are older homes and out of our price range for a 3 bed 2.5 bath (not too many options in Henderson either it seems). It does concern me that Aliante feels isolated.. I was wondering if there are long term development plans for the area because then that may change in the future.

I'm looking into buying a townhouse that's a part of the Villages of Tule Springs development. Initially, I will use it as a second home, then hoping to use it as an investment property in the long run. Any thoughts on whether this is a good or bad option to buy? Will there be more developments in this area in the future? What is the classification of this neighborhood?
