@Sheila Campbell I'm in a similarsituation. I've been saving up and have about $10,000, but being a teacher and owning my own home already is making it a very slow saving process. I just want to get started but I dont have anything close to a down payment.:/

Has anyone partnered for a flip? I am thinking to do this because I don't have enough funds to do so alone. What are your opinions ? How do you divide up the responsibilties ? I am new to real estate investing and thinking partnering might be the way to start out....? Any thoughts or tips appreciated !
