@Tim Johnson, just got off the phone with 72SOLD and they do not offer any type of coaching. It's more of a lead generation tool.

@Tim Johnson, You hit the nail on the head. There definitely isn't a magic pill. I just want to align myself with a coach who can get me moving in the right direction more rapidly. There is just SO much information out there. I am currently a COO in the preservation world and my husband is also an executive. We both know that having someone with exceptional experience and a track record to back it will propel us forward. Obviously, we will have to pay for that and that is ok. I am googling 72SOLD now. Thank you!

Anyone know a good RE Agent Coach to help me get from point A to Z must faster than the basic training and crash course I’m already getting as a agent?

@Michael Dumler thanks for the recommendation. I’m actually reading that one now. I have set up my CRM and we are grinding daily. I was just curious as to what information is out there. Zillow seems to be producing more “hot” leads then anything. We are trying to find a good coach that we can pay or course to help us get from A to Z much faster (from Alex Hormozi) than us figuring out everything on our own.

Hello everyone, I am a new agent in the Tampa Bay FL area. However, I have been in the RE industry for 15 years on the preservation side of things. I know it takes money to make money in this field, but I don't want to just throw money away. I know Zillow works and I am going to purchase connections from them, but does anyone have any other advice for building up my database? I am also trying to find a good mentor in my area to help me get from point A to Z at a much faster pace than I would be able to by myself. Have any recommendations?

Hello,

My husband and I are seeking to purchase a property in Land O Lakes FL. We were trying to go directly through Lennar Homes but their rates are a little steep. Does anyone know a good lender they can refer us to? We would like to not only use the lender for buying our own home but be able to refer clients to them as well. All feedback is very much appreciated :) Happy 4th of July everyone!!
