Thank you! Looking forward to this next big project. My last property investment and remodel was a big success and I am holding the 4bd house completely paid off and enjoying the residual income.

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Officially in escrow with a cash offer on a large parcel of agricultural acreage that will host our main residence and two smaller vacation rentals. I am pre-approved for 430k and have enough cash to prep/clear the land so it doesn't have to fall into the loan. For now this is the plan but leaving room to add additional rental properties if we choose to expand the air b and b. Appreciate my realtor who always works hard for me to get the best price everytime.
