Hello BP I'm currently looking for an investor in the DFW area to possible partner up with to flip homes this would be my first project. @BrandonProctor I used agentpro I sent out 133 letters so far off that site on Thursday but Monday I'm going to purchase 200 leads on listsource just starting off small first.
