Hi, I'm in PA. Looking at buying a 2-unit. Wondering if you think it would be $800 per side to remedy radon or $800 total? Was the estimate based off sq. ft. and do you think it would matter if it's one or two units? Total sq. ft. we're looking at is ~2500.

Hello! My name is Ashley Shearer (I got married and do not know how to change my profile name!). I work in corporate and my husband is a service manager. Together, we paid off all our debt in October 2016 and are currently saving for our first investment property. We are currently renting and are hoping to purchase a duplex, triplex or a 4-unit property by the end of 2017. Our goals include FIRE by 45 (Financial Independence Retire Early). Our goals are to bring in $10,000 in gross passive income monthly and want to have 15-30 properties by the time we retire early!

We are currently analyzing one deal and would love some direction on where exactly we can post about it to get input! :)
