Thank you!  Charles, how do I register for your class?

I was listening to Clubhouse and an investor mentioned that when she first started, her and another group of new multifamily investors would get together in a group and practice underwriting and analyzing deals. Basically, someone would underwrite a deal that they saw on say loop net and share with the group and then everyone would chime in and provide their input. I wanted to know if any other new or even seasoned multifamily investors would be interested in participating in a similar group on Facebook? I am more than happy to start it.

@Rashida Sigmond I would love to meetup! I haven't attended any of the REIA meetings or meet ups yet, but that will be changing within the next week.

@Keegan Lunsford Thank you for the welcome! I do have a Meetup account and you’re right, there are lots of opportunities to attend meet ups and meet fellow investors.

@Kelly Rambo Thank you for the warm welcome! I’d love to hear about your first two deals if you don’t mind sharing your experiences.

@Mike Ross I went driving for dollars over the weekend and I did see a few potentials! I’m cold calling tomorrow. I’d love to connect with you sometime!
