@Michael Walker I was thinking about buying and holding property, possibly becoming a landlord. I'm really appreciating everyone's input! I am motivated to learn from all the experience you guys have.

Hello! I'm Ashley, I work as a nurse at a hospital in Asheville.  As much as I love nursing, I really love the idea of real estate.  Especially rehab with cheap real estate.

I have zero experience with investment properties and I have never owned real estate.  I was told to check out this site by a friend who recently bought a property here in Asheville and with zero experience renovated the home.  He recommended this site with a lot of enthusiasm, so here I am. Ready to learn!

I look forward to learning as much as I can before making such a large purchase and embarking on a renovation adventure. I very much feel like a deer in headlights, but its a challenge I'm ecstatic to take after finding this amazing website.
