I have been searching for hard money lenders in Oklahoma and Texas. I came across dohardmoney.com and found their loan programs to be very favorable. They are an A+ company with the BBB. Has anyone used them before? Heard anything positive/negative about the company?

Thank you for the welcome, Jerry. I read the Free Beginners Guide and it helped me tremendously. I am working on my business plan this evening. I am so excited to begin this journey in Dallas! I live in Tulsa but I was told that Dallas is a great place for real estate investing. Do you have an opinion on this?

I currently live in Tulsa but will be focusing on Dallas for fix and flip projects. I am completely new to the business of real estate investing and have been studying from various websites, fix and flip programs and meeting with a Tulsa rehabber who has been teaching me the ropes. I will be headed off to the big city of Dallas next week. I am excited to begin my RE journey!
