My name is Ashley, and I’m a rookie looking to buy my first rental property as a house hack! I just read “Real Estate Rookie” by Ashley Kehr, but I’m still lost as to how to do market analyses. Is U.S. News & World Report Best Places to Live a good starting place to get ideas before looking at nitty-gritty numbers via BLS and City-Data.com?
