Post: How you start investing with no money???

I mean I bought my first house with no money down and no money at the table for closing cost. I actually got money back at closing. 

My first house was bought through FHA first time homebuyers program, i then got the CHENOA down payment program and had the sellers pay all closing costs.

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to invest in Detroit, I am currently from denver where the population keeps increasing and the prices dont drop from the 100k mark. I want to invest in the fitzgerald area as i have found some great properties in that area that can be rehabbed and rented out. 

What would you guys recommend?
