Right now, I want to look into courses/seminars that deal with multifamily, rehabbing, and syndication. 

I'm interested in taking both Robyn Thompson and Larry Harbolt courses this year but was looking to see if anyone found a speaker that they enjoyed and thought their course they attended was worth going to. I am already taking a local training course through my state's REIA for coaching.

What conferences, seminars, or trainings do you suggest going to? I've already taken CTREIA training course and know about Robyn Thompson, Larry Halbot, Millionaire Mindset, and Bigger Pockets. Looking for other suggestions. Thank you!
